Adaptive Cycling Training

This is an introductory workshop to support cycle leaders across Scotland to improve the accessibility of their facilities and sessions.

This training workshop will provide an opportunity to see a diverse range of off-road adaptive cycles that are available from Able2Adventure.

This course will cover:

• Disability awareness
• Introduction to adaptive cycles (bikes/trikes and tandems) and their pro's and con's
• Adjustments, fittings and transfers
• Planning and group management
• Group ride on adaptive cycles
• Terrain and route planning
• An inclusive leader kit
