As a Community Interest Company we are always looking for ways to ensure that the costs to disabled people are the same as they would be for non-disabled groups. This means covering the costs of additional staff and adaptive equipment that would otherwise increase the price.
To date we have been supported in our administration set up costs by Firstport, Shackleton Foundation for our adaptive specialist equipment as well as Forestry and Land Scotland and the National Lottery for activity equipment.
We have also received funding from:
Cairngorms National Park Authority
Pay for a groups activity
You can pay for a day’s activity for a local group of disabled people. It costs the social enterprise £225 to deliver a day’s outdoor activity.
On receipt of your donation we will offer the activity to a local group. After the session we will send you confirmation of who took part and the activity they chose.
To pay for a days activity please register your interest by emailing info@able2advneture.co.uk
Donate outdoor clothing and footwear
We are looking for waterproofs, insulated jackets, walking boots, walking poles and climbing shoes to be able to offer to our clients. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to finance these ourselves but through your donations we may just have a size that we can offer clients.
We understand that items will be used and showing some signs of wear and tear as long as they are still functional they will be a great addition to the organisation.
