Who are your activities and equipment for?

Anyone who wants to get out and enjoy Scotland’s trails, lochs and mountains! We specialise in supporting people with disabilities to enjoy a range of activities like adaptive cycling, canoeing, climbing, and hiking. We use adaptive equipment and a 'can do' approach to make the outdoors accessible to all!

No matter who you are, if you want to get out and enjoy the activities we do or use one of our bikes then we would love to hear from you!

I’m not sure what activities will suit me.

Don’t worry if you are not sure. We provide activities and adventures for everyone! On each activity page there is  information on who it is suitable for which might give you a better idea of what you want to try. If you’re still not sure, get in touch and we can chat about some of the activities and find an incredible adventure for you!

Do I need a guide to do the activities ?

Our adaptive cycles can be rented from the Access Mhor Bike Hub,  based at Badaguish. Have a look at our webpage for more information about prices and what bikes we have available. Access Mhor Cairngorms - Able 2 Adventure
